The Singapore bak kwa price index 2016: How much the CNY snack costs at 13 outlets (MoneySmart)
Fortunately or unfortunately, Chinese New Year madness is upon us once again, and if you weren't lucky enough to book an overseas getaway a reasonable price, there's a good chance you won't be able to escape relatives inviting themselves over.
To keep their kids from terrorising your pet goldfish and to stop nosy aunties from asking you why you're not married yet, be sure to have a steady supply of bak kwa available so they'll be too busy stuffing their faces to bother you.
Here are the current bak kwa prices as of today. Most of the bak kwa stalls will be either raising prices in the coming weeks or completely sold out, so buy while you can still afford to.
