Three boys were arrested for throwing plastic bottles down from a block of flats, one of which struck a 4-year-old boy on the back on Monday, Feb 17.
According to a report on Lian He Wan Bao, police arrived at the scene shortly after and arrested the three male students.
The incident had occurred at about 3pm at Block 879 Yishun Street 81, near the childrens' playground.
The boy, who sustained bruises on his back, is the son of local singer Kohji Zhuo Kai Zhe.
He had just been picked from the nursery by his father and had been on the way home.
