<p>A 36-year-old woman found dead outside Bedok Mall on Wednesday (Feb 10) is believed to have fallen from the 14th floor of Bedok Residences.&nbsp;</p><p>According to Shin Min Daily News, the incident occurred at about 4.30am on Wednesday.
