<p>SINGAPORE - A 76-year-old man was found dead in his flat at Block 114 Yishun Ring Road on Saturday night (Nov 21).</p><p>According to the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), they were alerted to the scene at about 10.55pm on Saturday night. Upon arrival at the flat, the SCDF pronounced the man dead.</p><p>Local media reports described the scene as "bloody" and at least one pool of blood was spotted in the area where the man died.</p><p>According to The Straits Times, the man has been identified as Mr William Wong.
