Air quality remains in unhealthy range on Tuesday

SINGAPORE - Air quality remains in the unhealthy range today after taking a dip yesterday, following a weekend of moderate Pollutant Standards Index (PSI) readings.

As of 10am, the 24-hour PSI was 110-131. The three-hour PSI was 154.

The 24-hour PSI at 11pm last night was 97-116 while the three-hour PSI stood at 107.

The National Environment Agency (NEA) said in an update yesterday that occasional slight haze could be expected today.

"Visibility could be reduced, particularly in the early morning, if PM2.5 concentration levels are elevated," the NEA said.
