Alex Au to face legal action for blog post

Blogger Alex Au is to face legal action for contempt of court.
The High Court has granted permission to the Attorney-General's Chambers (AGC) to act on one of two posts on his blog, titled "377 Wheels Come Off Supreme Court's Best-Laid Plans" and posted on Oct 5.
Both posts dealt with alleged discrimination against homosexuals here. In the Oct 5 one, Mr Au accused the Supreme Court of "deliberately manipulating hearing dates".
The AGC must file an application for an order of committal within 14 days.
