Alleged 'Messiah' hacker James Raj is mentally fit to stand trial: IMH report

James Raj Arokiasamy, the man accused of hacking into the website of a town council, is fit to stand trial, according to a psychiatric report submitted by the Institute of Mental Health (IMH) to the court on Tuesday.

On Tuesday, the Deputy Public Prosecutor (DPP) told the court that the evaluation had concluded that the suspect had some signs of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), but not enough to fulfil clinical criteria. He has been found otherwise fit to plead and was not of unsound mind at the material time, the court heard.
