Police are appealing for information on the identity and whereabouts of the female subject shown in the photograph to assist with investigation into a case of loanshark harassment in the vicinity of Bishan Street 22 on September&nbsp;11,&nbsp;2013 at about 2.34 pm.The woman was last seen wearing a white polo T-shirt and white shorts.
