Appeal for next-of-kin of 85-year-old man

SINGAPORE - Police are appealing for the next-of-kin of Mr Roberts Ralph, 85, to come forward.
Mr Ralph is a former resident of Lentor Residence and had passed away at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital on Nov 7, 2014.
