Body of Vietnamese man recovered from waters off East Coast Park beach

A friend told The Straits Times that the body was spotted floating near a breakwater earlier in the day by a cousin of the 24-year-old Vietnamese. They then alerted the police, who arrived and recovered the body from the sea.
