They are strong, cool and probably won't fit into your selfie.
But if you are visiting Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza from now until June 28, gigantic robots Gundam and Zaku might be worth a few minutes of your time.
Standing at about 6m and weighing 2,000kg each, the bots are part of Gundam Docks at Singapore, a 4,000 sq m showcase which includes over 200 models of the Gundam series.
Based on space warfare, Gundam is said to have sparked off the genre of robot anime.
Presented by Japanese toy and game publishing company Bandai Namco Asia and Takashimaya Department Store, the exhibition is presented in celebration of the 35th anniversary of the Gundam model kit and held in conjunction with Singapore's golden jubilee.
For avid collectors, there will also be more than 10 booths selling Gundam merchandise, including exclusive editions.
