Cabby dragged motorcyclist under taxi for 26m in fatal hit-and-run

SINGAPORE - Ng Chin Huat, 63, who drove off after the incident, was jailed for six weeks on Wednesday for the fatal hit-and-run. He was also banned from driving for five years.
