Career-prep centre for NTU students

A centre was launched at Nanyang Technological University yesterday to roll out a structured career-guidance curriculum for students.

The Margaret Lien Centre for Professional Success programme will start in July next year and was set up with a $12-million gift from local philanthropist Margaret Lien, wife of the late banker Lien Ying Chow.

With government matching, total funding for the centre amounted to $30 million.
