SINGAPORE - On Dec 3, a new day of giving will be launched called GivingTuesdaySG. The movement started in the United States last year and so far, at least three other countries - Australia, Canada and Singapore - have joined the movement. In Singapore, it is led by the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre (NVPC).
