Chan Chun Sing sworn in

SINGAPORE - President Tony Tan Keng Yam officiating at the swearing-in ceremony at the Istana for new and promoted office-holders on Monday.

Acting Minister for Social and Family Development Chan Chun Sing (above, right) was promoted to full minister on Sunday, and is also Second Minister for Defence.

Among the other changes announced last week, Jurong GRC MP Desmond Lee is now Minister of State in the Ministry of National Development.
