China bank robber is so inept, teller can't help laughing at him

SHANGHAI - A robber would usually bring about fear and panic, but not for this one at the China Construction Bank in Shanghai, who failed miserably and had the teller laugh at him.

A video posted on kotaku.com shows a man who approached a counter and took out a meat cleaver, saying he wanted to rob the bank.

He then spoke on the phone, while the teller, safe behind the glass, laughed at him in absurdity.

The security guard evacuated the place and went to confront the robber, and a man took away the robber's cleaver and pinned him to the floor.
