The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) was alerted to the incident at about 7.10pm. The Straits Times understands that one worker was operating what is believed to be a crane when it toppled to its side. An SCDF spokesman said that no one was injured.

According to a SCDF spokesperson, the accident occurred at 146 Robinson Road, near Cecil Street.
SCDF deployed three fire engines and 1 fire bike to the scene, but they were not required.
