Discounts to mark Singapore Cable Car's 40th birthday

Singapore Cable Car turns 40 this year, and there is a slew of events planned to commemorate the momentous occasion.

After the success of the Angry Birds themed cars, the Singapore Cable Car is planning on a superhero theme to mark the event.

If you have yet to take a ride on the cable car, you should now. From Mar 1 to May 14, DBS/POSB, NTUC cardholders and SingTel customers, will enjoy a 40 per cent discount on all tickets. Adult tickets will be priced $15.60, and tickets for children between the ages 3 and 12 will cost $10.

Cable car fans can also redeem a free cable car memento with every $40 spent at Singapore Cable Car retail shops located at Sentosa (Imbiah) and Mount Faber.

While at Sentosa, top up $40 per adult and extend the joyride to include unlimited admission to 4D AdventureLand and a ride on Skyline Luge & Skyride.

You could also redeem a free dessert (cake or ice-cream) with every $40 spent at Spuds & Aprons (Mount Faber, Level 2).
