Exchange of unused and expired HDB and URA parking coupons

SINGAPORE - The Housing and Development Board (HDB) and Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) would like to remind motorists that parking coupons which are only valid up to Dec 31 can no longer be used from Jan 1, 2014.

Motorists with unused and expired coupons can exchange them for the new ones from Jan 2 onwards.

Exchanges can be done during office hours at all HDB Branches and Service Centres, or URA's Customer Service Centre at Maxwell Road.

The coupons cannot be exchanged at other sales outlets like petrol stations, shops and post offices.
