Fire in Serangoon: Thick smoke spotted billowing out from flat window

A Stomp contributor, Meng Lee, said a fire broke out in Serangoon North today (March 2) at 5.15pm.

He also said the police and SCDF were at the scene of the incident.

The Stomper said:

"A fire broke out at Serangoon North Avenue 4 today (March 2) at 5.15pm.

"I heard the sirens of the fire engine and saw that the police and SCDF were at the scene.

"Smoke was also seen billowing out from a window.

"No ambulance was seen, so I presume no one was injured."

Fire guts five-room flat in Serangoon North; no injuries reported
