SINGAPORE - Team Singapore is out of the AFF Suzuki Cup after losing to arch rivals Malaysia 1-3 on Saturday night.
The first goal came from Malaysia's Safee Sali.
The Lions equalised with a goal from striker Khairul Amri at the 83rd minute after Malaysia's goalkeeper fumbles a free-kick.
The next goal of the night came from midfielder Safiq Rahim who converted a penalty for Malaysia after Hafiz Sujad conceded a soft penalty.
Malaysia's Indra Putra scored the final goal for the evening after stoppage time into an unguarded net.
With the win, Malaysia advances to the semi-finals and will meet Vietnam next.
