Former driver jailed for attacking colleague with metal rod

SINGAPORE - A man who attacked his assistant over work-related issues was jailed for a year on Thursday. Tan Ah Bah, 61, then a driver with baking specialist Phoon Huat, admitted to causing grievous hurt to Mr Pang Wai Seng by swinging a metal rod at the 52-year-old's face at the company's waiting room at Pandan Loop on May 26 last year.
