The Housing & Development Board (HDB), as the Government's land sales agent, launched the subject sites for tender on 29 Apr 2013 for the land parcel at Punggol Central / Edgedale Plains, and 17 Jun 2013 for the land parcels at Punggol Drive / Edgedale Plains and Yuan Ching Road / Tao Ching Road.
