Kovan double murder accused remanded to complete psychiatric assessment

SINGAPORE - Iskandar Rahmat, 34, a senior staff sergeant, appeared via video-link in court 26 on Friday. The prosecution said the prison psychiatrist requested another two weeks to assess Iskandar who need not be remanded at the Changi Prison Complex Medical Centre.
