Let singles buy three-room flats

I urge the relevant authorities to study the feasibility of allowing singles to purchase three-room Build-to-Order flats.

When they reach old age, the singles may need caregivers.

The current housing policy for singles does not take into consideration the need to provide adequate living space for caregivers, who should not be sleeping in the living room.
