SINGAPORE - The Liquor Licensing Board has issued an updated circular on the timings for the ban of the sale of alcohol in the Little India area.
The board said that licenses for the sale of alcohol at Little India and its surrounding vicinity will be suspended from 6am on Dec 14 to 5.59am on Dec 16.
The board and Police issued a reminder that establishments are not to sell any intoxicating liquor within the suspension period.
Enforcement actions will be taken against any infringement of this suspension order and may eventually lead to the revocation of any offending establishment's liquor licence, the statement said.
