SINGAPORE - An officer from the Land Transport Authority (LTA) was seen taking a photo of a police vehicle that was parked along double yellow lines night at about 7pm yesterday outside ION Orchard.
The police was called in yesterday after a theft incident at cosmetics shop Sephora, according to a Stomp reader who sent a photo of the incident to the citizen journalism website.
She said: "I was at the ION Orchard taxi stand after work when I saw the LTA officer taking a photo of the police car that was parked there at the double yellow lines.
"The police came because there was a theft case at Sephora.
"Emergency vehicles can park along the double yellow lines.
"I wondered why the LTA officer took picture of the police car, isn't a police car an emergency vehicle?"
