Man caught allegedly taking upskirt pics at Dhoby Ghaut MRT

A man has been caught allegedly taking upskirt pictures of women at a train station.

According to a report on Shin Min Daily News, the man had been caught in the act by members of the public at Dhoby Ghaut MRT.

They had held the man tightly, preventing him from escaping until the authorities arrived at the scene.
