SINGAPORE - A man was spotted sun-tanning on a pavement at the Changi Exhibition Centre, where the Singapore Air Show is being held.
Stomp contributor Boubou94 came across this man getting a tan in public at the Singapore Air Show.
The man was oblivious to everyone around him, said Boubou94, and added:
"He was there this afternoon at 1pm
"He was laying there for don't know how long."
