Man trapped in waist-deep water after falling into hole at Bt Batok

A man fell into a hole filled with water at a construction site at Bukit Batok West Avenue 7 last night (Oct 10).
Stomp contributor Stephen was at the scene of the incident, which took place at around 11.22pm.
His photos show the victim in the hole, as well as SCDF personnel rescuing him.
