The man, who was accused of spitting at the two women at the Woodlands Regional Bus Interchange in October last year, had pleaded not guilty to five of the six charges against him.
He had been captured on video spitting spitting on a woman's face several times, due to an argument wherein he allegedly took offence when he was reprimanded for jumping the bus queue.
Video clips of the incident were shown in court.
