Minister for Foreign Affairs and Minister for Law K Shanmugam will attend the Commonwealth Foreign Ministers' Meeting (CFMM) in Colombo, Sri Lanka from Nov 13-14, 2013. The CFMM precedes the Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting (CHOGM).
The Commonwealth Foreign Ministers will discuss issues of concern to member states and review developments in the Commonwealth.
Minister Shanmugam will also have bilateral meetings with the Ministers for Foreign Affairs of other Commonwealth member countries at the sidelines of the CFMM.
He will be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
