Moderate to heavy rain expected this afternoon

SINGAPORE - Moderate to heavy showers with thunder are expected over southern, eastern and central areas of Singapore between 2.25pm and 3.30pm, the National Environment Agency (NEA) said.
The Public Utilities Board (PUB) said that flash floods may occur in the event of heavy rain.
