SINGAPORE - More than 30 foreign diplomats and diplomatic spouses gathered in Yishun on Tuesday at the invitation of Dr Seetha Shanmugam, wife of Foreign Affairs and Law Minister K. Shanmugam, to learn about the Hungry Ghost Festival.
The women burned joss paper, ate char kway teow and durian and watched a performance.
