My point: Alternative to styrofoam boxes

Currently, most eating establishments are using styrofoam boxes for takeaway food. Such boxes are made of non-biodegradable polystyrene.

Singapore should actively promote the use of paper boxes or wax paper to replace styrofoam boxes.

Paper packaging is already being used by some eateries, though these are in the minority.
