Nominate your loved ones to fly home for free this National Day

SINGAPORE - Low-cost carrier Jetstar is giving away free air tickets to 25 Singaporeans living overseas in the Asia-Pacific region to return home during the period of the country's golden jubilee celebrations.

For a chance to win one of the tickets for a friend or family member, nominate the person at Jetstar Asia's Facebook page. The 25 most compelling nominations will be selected for the giveaway, Jetstar said in a statement today.

The airline will coordinate with the winners to arrange the dates of the flights, which will arrive in Singapore before National Day on August 9.

Mr Barathan Pasupathi, CEO of Jetstar Asia said that bringing Singaporeans home for the SG50 celebrations is the company's way of giving back to the community.

The contest will run until April 26. Winners will be announced a week later.
