Offer HDB grant to all couples

The Housing and Development Board offers a Central Provident Fund housing grant to encourage married couples to live with or near their parents.

This initiative deserves commendation as it will make family bonding more successful.

I suggest that the HDB make the grant available to all married Singaporean couples regardless of their household income.

This would make the initiative more meaningful if it is a national effort to encourage family bonding.
