SINGAPORE - Senior Minister of State (SMS) for Foreign Affairs and Home Affairs Masagos Zulkifli hosted dinner for a delegation from the Palestinian Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) today. During the dinner, SMS Masagos reiterated Singapore's commitment to assist the Palestinian National Authority (PNA) in its capacity-building efforts.

Led by Deputy Attorney General Mr Akram Al Khateb, the PACC delegation is on a study visit to Singapore from March 10 to 12 to learn from Singapore's experience in fighting corruption, said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a statement.

The Palestinian delegation will have separate briefings by the Attorney General's Chambers, Civil Service College, Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau, Public Service Division, Commercial Affairs Department and Criminal Investigation Department.

The visit is organised under Singapore's Enhanced Technical Assistance Package to the PNA, which was announced at the inaugural Conference on Cooperation among East Asian Countries for Palestinian Development in Tokyo in February 2013.
