Police appeal for information in case of outrage of modesty

SINGAPORE - Police are looking for the man shown in the photo to assist with investigations into a case of Outrage of Modesty at Blk 109 Serangoon North Avenue 1 on Feb 16, 2015.
Anyone with information is requested to call the Police Hotline at 1800-2550000.
Information can also be submitted online via the CrimeStopper portal at www.police.gov.sg/CrimeStopper.
