Police appeal for information in loanshark assistance case

SINGAPORE - Police are looking for the man shown in the picture to assist with investigations into a case of assisting loansharks in their businesses, which was reported at the vicinity of Yishun Ring Road on 26 July 2013.

The man is believed to be in his 20s or 30s. He was last seen wearing a blue long-sleeve shirt with black pants and carrying a green sling bag.
