Police appeal for information on loanshark harrassment

SINGAPORE - The police are looking for the man shown in the photograph to assist with investigations into several loanshark harassment cases reported in the vicinity of Jelapang Road on March 27.
The man is of medium build, has short receding hair and a tanned complexion. He was last seen wearing a white long-sleeved shirt, dark-coloured long pants and carrying a sling bag.
