SINGAPORE - The police are appealing for the next-of-kin of 81-year-old, Mr Teo Chye Seng to come forward.
He was a resident of Sunshine Welfare Action Mission since 2002, and passed away in the nursing home on July 24 2013.
The next-of-kin or anyone with information on the deceased can call the police hotline at 1800-255-0000. They can also submit the information online at https://app.spf.gov.sg/CrimeStopper/CrimeStopper.aspx.
