Police looking for 48-year-old man

Police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of 48-year-old Abdul Samad Soh, or Soh Kok Peng. Mr Abdul Samad was last seen at Blk 104 Jalan Bukit Merah.
Mr Abdul Samad is described to be about 1.68m tall, is of medium build, and has a light tan complexion.
