Police looking for man in case of outrage of modesty

SINGAPORE - Police are looking for the man in the picture to help with investigations into a case of outrage of modesty in Sengkang East Way, reported on Dec 4.
The man is believed to be in his 20s with short black hair. He was last seen wearing a white short-sleeved T-shirt and black pants, the police said in a statement on Monday.
Anyone with information about the man can call the police hotline at 1800-255-0000, or submit their information online at the CrimeStopper portal (http://www.spf.gov.sg/CrimeStopper).
