SINGAPORE - Police are looking for the man shown in the pictures above to assist with investigations into a case of Outrage of Modesty.The incident occurred in the vicinity of Pasir Ris Street 71 on Sept 16.The man is believed to be in his twenties, of medium build and with short hair.He was last seen wearing a light coloured long-sleeved shirt, a pair of dark coloured pants and a pair of black shoes. He was also wearing a pair of glasses and carrying a backpack.Anyone with information is requested to call the Police Hotline at 1800-255-0000.
