Putting heart into their art

SINGAPORE - It was a colourful affair at Marine Crescent as some 120 residents gathered to celebrate the first anniversary of the Marine Crescent Ville Residents' Committee Paint and Brush Club.

As part of the celebrations, residents added finishing touches to the eight "WeCare" wall murals within the new Arts Village located at Block 34 of Marine Crescent, which was officially launched yesterday.

The event was attended by Emeritus Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong, who is also an MP for Marine Parade GRC.
