Singapore's dry spell since February has been broken after the rains returned across many areas of the island on Sunday morning.
Shin Min Daily News readers called the Chinese evening paper to report rain in Jurong, Choa Chu Kang, Woodlands, Sembawang, Yishun, Punggol, Tampines, Ang Mo Kio, Toa Payoh and Clementi.
Readers in the western part of Singapore also said the rain began at 9.45am.
The 3-Hour Nowcast by the Singapore Meteorological Services showed showers over many areas in Singapore, with other areas being cloudy.
Showers in the afternoon are also expected over the next three days, with temperatures at a high of 33 degrees Celsius and a low of 24 degrees Celsius.
