Rolls-Royce and NTU in $75m R&D laboratory tie-up

SINGAPORE - A research and development laboratory was launched yesterday at the Nanyang Technological University (NTU).

The new lab has a joint investment of $75 million by Rolls-Royce, NTU and the National Research Foundation.

It will take on industrial research and development projects focused on overcoming challenges in large-scale manufacturing and repair. The tie-up will kickstart 32 new projects related to the aerospace and maritime sectors.
