SINGAPORE - The SAF bomb disposal team was activated yesterday when a suspected war relic was found at a construction site near Geylang.
The Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) standby team arrived at the location to investigate the find.
The team assessed that the war-relic was a 4-inch projectile, and it was covered in soil.
The relic was moved to a disposal site and has since been safely disposed, according to a post made on The Singapore Army's facebook page.
