
SINGAPORE - Sentosa Boardwalk was named Best Leisure Architecture in Asia Pacific and 5* Best Leisure Architecture in Singapore, at this year's Asia Pacific Property Awards.
11 projects from international architecture firm Aedas won at the Awards, three of which are from Southeast Asia.
They will compete against other winning projects from Europe, Africa, the Americas and Arabia at the year-end International Property Awards 2014 to become the ultimate World's Best Leisure Architecture.
313@somerset and Sinarmas Land Plaza (Head Office Building) also received high commendations for Best Retail Architecture in Singapore and Best Office Architecture in Indonesia respectively.

Sentosa Boardwalk is built on a new structure above the sea with an overall length of 670 metres to connect and serve the pedestrian flow between VivoCity and Resorts World Sentosa. 313@somerset, a mall offering a unique retail experience, is located at the heart of Orchard Road and right above the Somerset MRT Station entrance.
Sinarmas Land Plaza (Head Office Building), located in the BSD Green Office Park, stands out for its sustainable design.

Founded 20 years ago, the Asia Pacific Property Awards are part of the long-established International Property Awards and the winnersare recognised as a symbol of excellence throughout the global industry.
The judging panel of the awards consists of tens of world renowned professionals. This year's International Property Awards will be held in Dubai on December 3, 2014.
